Finally, Apple confirms the news about the white iPhone 4 by publishing the news that the long-delayed white iPhone 4 will go on sale Thursday in the United States and 27 other countries: $199 for a 16GB model, and $299 for a 32GB unit.

MIC Gadget posts a set of photos of the so-called “iPhone 4S”. The iPhone 4S looks like a white iPhone 4 but with a slightly larger display.
They also provide a comparison photo between the current iPhone 4 and the larger screen.

Engadget posts photos of a shipment of white iPhone 4s that have reportedly arrived at a Belgian retailer just ahead of the launch.

The Vorbis (also known as Ogg Vorbis) is a free open source. And the VP8 is a technology developed by ON2, which was acquired by Google, who then went on to make VP8 an open and free technology.
Apple Begins Producing iPhone 5 in July

Apple releases a new version of iPhone in June each year since 2007. Now according to some resource, there will be no iPhone 5 in June this year.
A report from Reuters citing “three people with direct knowledge of the company’s supply chain” shows that the much-anticipated iPhone 5 is expected to go into production in July and likely begin shipping in September.
The next generation of iPhone will have a faster processor and a similar appearance with the iPhone 4. The material for the back of the device is likely replaced from the hardened glass to a metal backing. Moreover, Apple was planning to expand iPhone screen size from the longstanding 3.5 inches to a larger 4-inch “edge-to-edge” screen. Apple’s new iPhone has also been rumored to include a much-improved 8-megapixel rear camera.

The White iPhone Will Come This Month

After waiting for ten months, Apple fans will finally get the white version of iPhone 4, which will come in the market in the next few weeks. The white iPhone will be available from AT&T Inc. and Verizon Wireless by the end of April.
Phil Schiller, Apple’s senior vice president of marketing, indicated last month that a white model would be available soon, writing on Twitter that it would be on sale by spring. It is said that Apple has resolved the manufacturing challenges, including paint that peeled under heat.
Apple intends to unveil the new iPhone in September instead of at its June developers’ conference, according to Mike Abramsky, an analyst at RBC Capital Markets in Toronto.
