According to the China Times, a newspaper in Taiwan, China, the iPhone 5 is likely to be released at the second week of September.
The iPhone 5 suppliers are said to be currently preparing 400,000 trial run units. The news report also reports that the next iPad may be delayed until Thanksgiving due to component shortages.
According to the BGR, AT&T has begun communicating internally to employees its plans for the release of Apple’s iPhone 5 in early September. Also BGR said that AT&T has asked its managers to promptly finish employee training in the upcoming weeks so that they will be prepared for an “influx of foot traffic expected in September.”
